What people are saying about Bear Island Bungalow:

"Thank you for sharing your cabin with us. The lake is beautiful! We've seen eagles, deer swimming across the lake, and heard the loons. We caught plenty of fish and went swimming every day. Thank you for the use of the paddle boat and canoe. The beds were very comfortable and big enough for my boys - 6'1" & 6'2". Sitting on the deck or going down to the dock was so relaxing. Loved the swings! We visited the Wolf Center this week it was awesome! Thanks again for a GREAT vacation!" Dennis, Sandra and family.

"We had a wonderful week at the cabin. We have had a great time! Sitting by the fire down by the water. We saw the northern lights, and caught some fish off of the dock. We listened to all of the creatures, and the lake was so very quiet! We hope you have as much fun as we have! Thank you! Less and Jeanne

"As I sit on the deck overlooking Bear Island Lake, I'm resting quietly in the soft morning sun and reflecting on our week in this North-woods paradise. The lake caught my attention immediately with all its natural beauty, still untouched by man. The islands became a special delight to me...I have tucked a piece of Bear Island Lake into my heart forever."
Kim H. and family
"What a fabulous cabin hideaway!! It so beautifully redefines the meaning of peace and quiet. There is nothing quite as refreshing as waking up to the call of the loons. We even managed to snare a 3lb Northern today in one of your numerous breathtaking bays."
